We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter who excels at engaging with new contacts regularly to assess candidate potential using strategic questioning techniques. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational capabilities to build and sustain a strong pipeline of prospective applicants. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming job openings
• Conduct interviews through phone or face-to-face meetings
• Evaluate candidate suitability based on interview results and resume assessments
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries
• Consistently achieve weekly goals related to outreach calls and emails
