Role Summary

We are in search of a detail-conscious and efficient Receiving Clerk to be part of our team located in Ras Al Khaimah, Marjan Island. This role is vital for ensuring proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming goods and supplies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect all deliveries, verifying items against purchase orders for quantity and quality accuracy
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or damages to relevant departments promptly
  • Keep precise records and maintain daily receiving logs for both food and non-food inventory
  • Coordinate seamlessly with departments such as Accounts Payable and Purchasing to ensure operational efficiency
  • Comply strictly with HACCP requirements in the handling and storage of products
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area
