About the Role

As a member of the Infosys delivery team based in Pune, you will be primarily accountable for designing, developing, validating, and supporting solutions that satisfy client requirements and uphold the high standards of service we commit to. Your role focuses on understanding and translating client needs into detailed system specifications and contributing to accurate project estimations for Technology Leads and Project Managers. This position is ideal if you wish to actively participate in guiding clients through their digital transformation efforts using innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage closely with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate these into technical system demands.
• Design and develop robust and efficient programs or systems that meet client expectations.
• Provide accurate estimations relating to project workload during planning phases.
• Collaborate with Technology Leads and Project Management to ensure project alignment and timelines.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Strong fundamentals and design principles of software architecture.
• Understanding of performance engineering to optimize system responsiveness.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and estimation techniques.
• Basic insight into the specific project domain to align technical efforts.
• Ability to translate both functional and non-functional requirements into actionable system designs.
• Proficiency in designing and coding sophisticated software solutions.
• Capability to develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on requirements.
• Good grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
