Overview
KEDA Ceramics is looking for an attentive and proactive Quality System Supervisor to aid in the creation, execution, and ongoing enhancement of its factory quality management system. Collaborating closely with the Quality Manager and Technical Department, this role ensures adherence to quality standards, system protocols, and production processes.
Key Duties
- Develop and sustain the factory’s quality management framework while fostering quality awareness among all staff.
- Assist in establishing, applying, and refining the factory quality system aligned with ISO 9001 and similar standards.
- Help prepare and update critical system documentation, including quality manuals, process documents, work instructions, and record forms.
- Ensure effective operation and compliance with the quality management system across all departments by enforcing procedures and standards.
- Oversee compliance with production and quality procedures to maintain consistent operational standards.
- Coordinate and perform internal audits and inspections regularly within the facility.
- Conduct on-site audits, compile audit reports, and manage corrective actions addressing non-conformities.
- Disseminate updates on system rules, technical specifications, standards, and process guidelines to relevant teams.
- Manage and support customer factory visits and external audits.
- Supervise document control activities to guarantee conformity with authorized procedures.
- Identify ineffective or unsuitable quality documents and suggest improvements.
- Assist in process improvements and continuous enhancement projects.
- Help perform periodic reviews to assess system and process effectiveness.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have verified experience in Quality Systems, Assurance, or Control within a manufacturing setting.
- Understanding and hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Capable of conducting internal audits and managing corrective and preventive measures.
- Possess strong skills in documentation control and standardizing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and coordination capabilities.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Prepared to operate effectively within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience in ceramic production, FMCG, or other manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with robust reporting skills.
