About the Role
The Quality Assurance Specialist position involves ensuring the precision, relevance, and neutrality of AI training data. This role requires involvement in enhancing AI models through meticulous evaluation and annotation of various data types, including text, images, and code.
Responsibilities
- Assess AI model outputs for correctness, relevance, and potential biases.
- Annotate and label text, images, or code following explicit guidelines.
- Draft detailed reference answers and create effective prompts to aid AI training.
- Analyze AI-generated code for logical mistakes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Detect and record unusual cases that might challenge AI systems.
- Engage in calibration sessions to align quality standards within the team.
Qualifications
- Entry-level experience ranging from none up to two years.
- Exceptional detail orientation with an aptitude for noticing subtle differences.
- Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.
- Basic familiarity with technology and AI concepts is advantageous but not essential.
- Capability to comprehend and adhere to complex instructions.
