Role Overview
The Curve Hotel is hiring an experienced Purchasing Officer to handle procurement for food and beverage operations, with a particular focus on restaurant purchasing. The role calls for someone who understands the sourcing needs of kitchens and dining outlets and can support efficient, cost-effective buying.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for managing restaurant-related purchasing activities, including supplier coordination, negotiating terms, and keeping stock requirements aligned with operational needs.
Requirements
- You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in purchasing within restaurants or food and beverage environments.
- A solid understanding of sourcing suppliers for food, beverages, and kitchen items is essential.
- Strong negotiation ability and inventory control skills are important for this position.
- Prior exposure to restaurant purchasing software or systems will be considered an added advantage.
