Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join a closely connected, community-oriented team focused on advancing learning and fostering social inclusion for children and young people with additional learning needs.   • Experienced in collaborating and coordinating services within multi-agency and trans-disciplinary contexts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with learners, families, and educators across diverse cultural settings.

Te Mahau | Education Services is a frontline division delivering integrated leadership and services to the education sector. Our Learning Support team plays a vital role in supporting children and young people with additional learning needs to maximize their educational potential by collaborating closely with families, educators, and other agencies within English and Māori medium settings.

Additional Information

  • Salary range: NZD 85,916 to 126,500 per year, plus KiwiSaver contributions. Appointment salary will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
