About the Role
PNB MetLife is seeking a Provisional Distribution Manager to enhance and oversee the expansion of their distribution network. This role is vital for fostering partnerships, driving sales targets, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maintaining high customer engagement levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and manage relationships with channel partners, intermediaries, and advisors to boost sales and broaden reach.
- Design and execute sales strategies to meet business and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring of sales partners or advisors to elevate team performance.
- Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and customer demands to fine-tune sales approaches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations; prepare and maintain relevant reports and metrics.
- Maintain superior client service and communication between the organization and customers.
- Track sales metrics, give feedback, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving and sound decision-making proficiency.
- Capacity to work autonomously in a target-driven setting.
- Open to freshers and experienced applicants.
- Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or sales distribution management is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Knowledge of life, health, and retirement insurance products along with IRDAI compliance standards is beneficial.
