About the Role
Join WSP as a Property Consultant based in one of our South Island offices including Nelson, Blenheim, Greymouth, Dunedin, or Invercargill. This role offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours. You will work on diverse projects across Aotearoa, focusing on acquisition, disposal, and legalisation matters to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to landmark projects by providing expert advice in valuation, property law, or local and central government property fields. Collaborate with a dedicated Property team to support and deliver quality solutions while maintaining strong relationships with property owners and professionals.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification in property, legal studies, or related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in property or legal sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with legislation such as the Public Works Act, Local Government Act, and Reserves Act is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with varied stakeholders.
- Strong report writing capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a regional team.
