Role Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison for designated clients and partners, ensuring strong communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate exchanges between customers and internal departments to maintain alignment and clarity.
- Monitor project schedules, key milestones, and deliverable deadlines to guarantee timely progress.
- Promptly follow up on client requests to ensure actions are completed effectively.
- Provide support during client meetings and ensure detailed documentation of decisions and action points.
- Detect operational inefficiencies and identify opportunities for streamlining processes.
- Help document current workflows and contribute to business process improvement initiatives.
- Encourage adoption of best practices and structured project management methodologies within the team.
- Keep project plans, action items, and status reports up to date and accessible.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of one year’s experience in project management, account management, operations, or customer service/relations.
- Background in manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), healthcare, or food supplement sectors preferred.
- Familiarity using project management tools and applying relevant methodologies.
- Proven record of supporting process improvement or change management initiatives.
- Experience working with CRM or ERP software platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to nurture stakeholder relationships.
