Role Overview
This full-time position can be tailored as either Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager depending on your experience and capacity. Competitive remuneration is commensurate with the candidate's level and expertise. Part-time applications are considered. The company welcomes candidates transitioning into project management from related fields such as architecture, engineering, or construction.
Candidate Profile
- Project Manager candidates should have over five years of relevant infrastructure or construction project experience; Assistant Project Manager candidates between zero and five years.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in managing construction contracts, contract administration, procurement, and design management.
- Strong organizational capabilities with excellent time management, meticulous attention to detail, superior written communication, and commercial insight.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, effective communication, and leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Holders of AIPM or PMI certifications are considered favourably.
- Educational qualifications should be or be in progress towards a degree in project management, architecture, engineering, construction management, commerce, law, or a related discipline.
