Job Overview

Classera seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of a strategic initiative in Saudi Arabia. This position demands effective governance, adept stakeholder engagement, and collaboration across technical and business units to deliver within defined scope, schedule, budget, and standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning through to implementation, delivery, and closing phases.
• Create and update comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dependencies.
• Engage with principal stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Track project milestones and prepare detailed status updates for senior leadership.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, address issues, control change requests, and handle escalation protocols.
• Ensure adherence to contract obligations and corporate governance policies.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain thorough and accurate project documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment, launch activities, and post-go-live support.
• Guarantee all project outputs fulfill agreed-upon quality standards and acceptance conditions.

Requirements

• Must hold Saudi Arabian nationality.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or closely related disciplines.
• Minimum of seven years' experience in project management roles.
• Demonstrated success managing complex technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong capabilities in managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in SaaS, Learning Management Systems, Educational Technology, or similar technology-driven projects is advantageous.
• Well-versed in project governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and change control processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
• Fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English for communication.
