Project Management Officer

About the Role

Our client, a prominent technology services firm in Singapore, seeks a Project Management Officer for a 12-month contract based at Changi Business Park. This role offers a monthly remuneration of up to SGD 4,500.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with platform leads and partners to manage, monitor, and report on Build and Operate financials.
• Support the allocation of development efforts to projects.
• Assist managers in preparing resource supply and demand forecasts.
• Compile and extract detailed timesheet reports.
• Monitor approved monthly charges and promptly report any variances to Project Managers and Team Leads.
• Prepare documentation for Finance Fixed Asset team related to capital expense charge-out.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Preferably at least two years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Detail-oriented team player capable of multitasking efficiently.
• Quick learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision following basic process guidelines.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Possess critical thinking skills to analyze and break down information thoroughly.
