  • Drive multi-disciplinary task completion in line with applicable standards, processes, and regulations.
  • Guide global teams in developing component and system-level technical solutions.
  • Plan and organize complex design, analysis, and hardware procurement activities ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractors associated with LiftSystem components to ensure hardware and subsystem deliveries align with IPT Leader directives.
  • Report progress and technical/business outcomes of assigned projects.
  • Effectively communicate complex aero-mechanical project details to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of design or manufacturing engineering experience, or
  • Master's degree in Engineering with no experience requirement, or
  • PhD in Engineering with no experience requirement.
  • US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical expertise in turbo-machinery, gas turbine engines, and mechanical systems.
  • Training in project management methods, requirements management, systems engineering, and verification.
  • Familiarity with Process Management like APQP and manufacturing processes such as Fixed Process Approval and FAIR.
  • Certification in PMP and/or Six Sigma Green Belt is advantageous.
