Position Overview

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of projects at Iconic Power Systems by collaborating closely with Project Managers, Construction Supervisors, Operations staff, and the Vice President of Substations & Special Projects. This position manages project administration duties, maintains comprehensive project documentation, assists with client reporting, and tracks project deliverables to ensure completion throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily project administrative tasks and aid in project execution.
  • Create and update project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project and Excel tools.
  • Oversee project documentation, including document control, change management logs, RFIs, and accurate record keeping.
  • Support financial aspects such as invoicing, quantity tracking, cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and client reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics and assist with site administrative duties.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Controllers, Operations, and Construction Supervisors to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure project files and records are maintained in an organized and accurate manner.
  • Foster positive client relationships and provide consistent professional support during all phases of project execution.

Qualifications

  • Preferred college or university degree; candidates with equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • At least five years of prior experience in project coordination or roles involving projects.
  • Experience with design-build projects is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with construction project lifecycles, particularly in high-voltage construction and civil earthworks.
