Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations and activities of the Apna Ghar – Transit Home adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with hospitals, doctors, and other service providers to promptly address patient needs.
  • Ensure the transit home maintains full occupancy and that the requirements of patients and their caregivers are met effectively.
  • Supervise and lead a small team of service providers, ensuring timely availability of necessary resources.
  • Participate in and support CSR activities at the designated site.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Postgraduate degree such as MSW, MPH, MA in Social Science, or MBA.
