About the Role
The Cleaning Authority is seeking dedicated full-time Professional House Cleaners to join our team. With over 25 years of excellence, we provide trusted, affordable home cleaning services through our effective Detail-Clean Rotation System, which has been used in more than 20 million cleans across North America. This role involves working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with no night or weekend shifts, allowing you to enjoy your nights, weekends, and holidays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional house cleaning duties using the Detail-Clean Rotation System.
- Work alongside a partner in different homes daily to deliver thorough and quality cleaning services.
- Maintain high standards that contribute to enhancing customers’ lives through clean homes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and automobile for transportation to job sites.
- Physical capability to be on feet all day and perform light lifting up to 15 pounds.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and pride in workmanship.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to professional cleaning standards.
Training & Safety
New hires participate in a 2-week comprehensive training program including hands-on instruction with experienced house cleaning trainers. We strictly follow CDC, EPA, and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines to ensure employee and customer safety.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay rate of $12.00 per hour.
- Full-time employment with paid holidays and vacation days.
- Work schedules Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
