Role Overview

The Production Handler position is a full-time, on-site role located in Laskein, Meghalaya. The role entails supporting daily production tasks for food manufacturing, including handling raw materials, aiding batch preparation, overseeing production lines, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols. Responsibilities also cover basic equipment setup and cleaning, monitoring inventory, coordinating with supervisory and quality departments to ensure uniformity and compliance, maintaining accurate production records, and reporting any anomalies promptly to sustain efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Meticulous adherence to standard operating procedures, instructions, and safety standards.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, hygiene standards, and quality control in production settings.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, sorting materials, and operating basic production equipment.
• Effective communication, teamwork skills, and dependability in coordinating with supervisors and team members.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, FMCG production, or related operational roles is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt to structured workflows, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
• Minimum education level of secondary or higher secondary school; vocational certifications in food processing or manufacturing are a plus.
