Key Responsibilities

• Monitor adoption and usage of products including SHIP-HATS, CStack, and StackOps by managing detailed dashboards and reports tracking trends against the total addressable market.
• Analyze data to identify new subsystem onboarding opportunities and deeper feature engagement to boost adoption.
• Support adoption growth initiatives including campaigns and pilot programs.
• Enhance user experience by establishing and managing continuous feedback channels from support tickets, surveys, communication platforms and training sessions, synthesizing feedback into actionable insights.
• Contribute to mapping and refining the entire user journey from pre-onboarding to product exit feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Operations leads to ensure users receive prompt assistance and clarity.
• Document and collect evidence demonstrating product impact on users such as productivity improvements and faster delivery.
• Compile success stories and usage summaries for sharing within the organization.
• Assist in creating and distributing product updates, newsletters, roadmap briefings, and executing user engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate internally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Enablement teams for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Final-year student or recent graduate from any discipline who is interested in product management, data analytics, or developer tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Comfortable using and analyzing data through dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Inquisitive, detail-driven, and keen to understand public-sector platform operations at scale.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or GitLab is beneficial but not mandatory.
