Medha is Narayana Health’s Advanced Analytics & AI team, building data-driven healthcare products that improve decision-making across hospitals, clinics, and care teams. Its solutions support critical clinical and operational workflows and are designed to make care safer, faster, and better coordinated.

Role purpose

Medha AI is developing the data intelligence and AI layer for healthcare, and its products are already live across one of India’s largest hospital networks. The team is now hiring a GTM Product Manager to expand these products into the broader market. This role offers the chance to shape the commercial engine from the ground up while working closely with senior leadership and owning how the products are positioned, sold, and adopted.

The portfolio includes SaaS applications and enterprise software solutions, ranging from AI-led clinical tools to flexible data platforms with use cases beyond healthcare. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in uncertain environments, creating structure from ambiguity, and switching between building pitch materials and shaping market-entry strategy. You will partner with product, solutioning, and engineering teams to turn product capabilities into market traction and represent Medha AI credibly with enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging across the SaaS and enterprise software portfolio, and take ownership of execution.
  • Plan and run product launches across direct enterprise sales, pre-sales conversations, digital marketplaces, and partner channels.
  • Personally handle pre-sales work such as demos, discovery discussions, and solution walkthroughs while owning the story presented to prospective clients.
  • Create and manage core sales and marketing assets from the ground up, including pitch decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Convert complex product features into clear business value narratives that appeal to enterprise buyers.
  • Work closely with senior leaders on live opportunities to help accelerate pipeline, support customer engagement, and move deals toward closure.
  • Set GTM success measures such as conversion, adoption, and deal speed, then use those metrics to adjust strategy quickly.
  • Evaluate multiple market-entry, positioning, and customer-engagement approaches and make practical, well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Make independent prioritisation decisions while balancing trade-offs and dependencies.
  • Bring customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive observations back into GTM planning and product positioning.
  • Keep up with market shifts, competitor activity, and ecosystem changes to spot new opportunities early.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate management qualification such as PGDM or MBA from a reputed institute.
  • B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Product Management, GTM, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting with a strong record of owning outcomes.
  • Background in SaaS and/or enterprise software products in B2B environments.
  • Practical experience in product launches, pre-sales engagements, and client-facing solutioning, ideally without relying on a large support team.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders such as CxOs or clinical leaders with a persuasive product narrative.
  • Experience leading product demos, workshops, and client presentations.
  • Working knowledge of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market models across enterprise sales and marketplace ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience creating sales enablement content and GTM playbooks.
  • Comfort working across product, engineering, and client-facing teams in environments where responsibilities may still be fluid.
  • Strong analytical judgement and data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to drive alignment and momentum even without a formal sales or marketing team.
  • Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and how customers make buying decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
