Key Responsibilities

• Define and steer the product strategy and roadmap specifically for backend trading systems.
• Enhance core backend components such as the matching engine, risk management engines, and pricing algorithms for derivatives products including Futures, Margin trading, Options, and Event Contracts.
• Collaborate closely with trading engineering teams to convert complex trading requirements into effective technical product solutions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to deployment and continuous release of new features.
• Oversee backend system performance and proactively resolve issues to prevent impact on users.
• Ensure that all systems adhere to regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Prior product management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial instruments such as Margin trading, Futures, Perpetual swaps, Options, etc.
• Strong technical or quantitative education background, e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics.
• Ability to grasp trading logics and risk methodologies and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to effectively engage with global stakeholders and international partners.
