Role Responsibilities
- Conduct market intelligence to identify portfolio gaps considering competitors and new opportunities.
- Define technical and market specifications for product offerings and develop business plans that support sustainable growth by focusing on customer needs and value creation.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, assessing current offerings, setting and monitoring performance metrics, and making strategic decisions about product obsolescence to meet market demands profitably.
- Set performance targets, oversee offering costs, and collaborate with operations (Supply Chain, Engineering, Production) to enhance competitiveness and profitability.

Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development within the Low Voltage Switchgear industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering obtained through full-time study.
- Extensive experience with New Product Development and comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management.
- Demonstrated skills in product positioning, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.
- Proficient in product forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems including MCC, PCC, PDP, ACB, MCB, MCCB, RCCB, Panels, and Breakers.
- Experience collaborating with R&D and engineering teams during product development phases.
- Exposure to sales enablement, technical support, and customer engagement activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, including verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management.
