Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

Rapidly design, construct, and deploy user-centric MVPs using iterative approaches to validate concepts and gauge user benefit.
Create user-friendly applications that integrate AI capabilities for end users.
Develop connectors and integrations for external data sources such as health platforms, electronic health records, and biological databases.
Simplify complex AI outputs into clear, actionable, and accessible user interfaces.
Prototype innovative product ideas, validate assumptions through user feedback, and continuously enhance solutions.
Maintain ownership of application development to free the core AI team to focus on core reasoning technologies.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptual design and architecture to deployment and ongoing improvements.
Navigate technical uncertainties and develop feasible solutions amid evolving tech and incomplete specifications.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to identify opportunities and craft meaningful user experiences.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Demonstrated history of successfully building and launching products actively used by customers or users.
Strong full-stack engineering experience with an emphasis on frontend development and user experience design.
Ability to prototype rapidly, iterate effectively, and deliver production-grade applications.
Experience integrating with complex, inconsistent, or poorly documented APIs and external data sources.
Strong product insight focused on addressing user needs over purely technical feats.
Comfort working in dynamic, ambiguous settings with shifting priorities and fast iteration cycles.
Skill in translating technical ideas into simple, intuitive user interfaces.
Experience developing interfaces for AI or machine learning applications is advantageous.
Knowledge of healthcare APIs, health data platforms, fitness trackers, or personal analytics tools is desirable.
Interest in biology, health tech, AI, or emerging scientific domains is a plus.
Background in design or strong UI/UX expertise is beneficial.
