Role Overview
As a Procurement Specialist with expertise in German language, you will oversee comprehensive procurement activities and purchase order creation for clients across the globe. The position involves validating supply chains, managing vendor communications, and ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are strictly met during rotational night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire procurement cycle including creation and processing of purchase orders for international clients.
- Validate supply chain processes and address vendor inquiries effectively using fluent German communication.
- Maintain 100% adherence to SLA standards while working night shift schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in BPO environments focused on procurement and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German to facilitate seamless communication.
- Solid knowledge of purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processing procedures.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to manage and comply with SLA requirements.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational night shifts.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.
