Process Trainer - BFSI Domain

Overview

We are seeking motivated Process Trainers to join our team in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves delivering training initiatives focused on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain to improve employee capabilities and organizational performance.

Work Schedule

The position operates on rotational shifts, including night hours, with a 5-day workweek and 2 rotating days off per week. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct training programs tailored for BFSI domain employees.
• Analyze training needs by assessing skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions.
• Create and facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions for a diverse workforce.
• Measure the success and impact of training interventions and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with experts to develop effective training content and materials.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to foster employee development.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Process Trainer or in a similar training capacity.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design is desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM, IT-enabled services, and BPO industry standards and trends is advantageous.
