  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Help strengthen both new and existing client relationships through a consistently strong service experience.

  • Step in for registered or unregistered client service duties as requested, including money movement, responding to non-investment account questions, guiding clients on digital tools such as MS Online, and entering orders in a clerical capacity when required.
  • Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and new platform updates, and share practical reminders and best practices with teammates.

Business development support

  • Help the FA/PWA/team organize and execute the business plan while coordinating with market partners such as Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management.
  • Carry out administrative work connected to digital and in-person marketing efforts, including conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media, and email outreach.
  • Prepare and review client reports or financial plans using firm-approved systems for current or prospective clients.
  • Support research activities using approved internal tools and systems.
  • Attend selected client and prospect meetings to represent the service perspective when requested.
  • Take part in firm initiatives, training programs, special projects, and other duties assigned by local management.

The role requires at least five years of relevant work experience. A four-year college degree or a professional certification is preferred. Active Series 7, plus either Series 66 or the combination of Series 63 and Series 65, is required. Additional product licenses may also be needed.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership ability, deep familiarity with financial services products, and comfort working with equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts. The job also calls for strong technical fluency, fast learning, excellent organization, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
