Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert consultancy in bridge and civil structure design and asset management, focusing on analysis, assessment, design, reporting, technical documentation, and construction oversight for transport-related or other sector projects.
• Provide technical oversight and review, acting as technical approver for projects within the group.
• Lead the design process for major projects ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Maintain active project involvement to support utilisation and resource targets.
• Review deliverables to ensure interdisciplinary alignment and eliminate conflicts or gaps.
• Assess constructability and clarity of drawings to reduce ambiguity during construction and manage program scheduling across disciplines.
• Participate actively in team efforts to support business plans and strategic objectives.
• Lead structural components of projects with a focus on bridges and civil structures.
• Introduce and implement innovative technologies and ideas that benefit clients and the wider team.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or related field.
• Possesses at least 10 years of professional experience in bridge engineering, including seismic design expertise.
• Proficient in relevant structural analysis software tools.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or equivalent accreditation required.
