Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement daily lesson plans and activities that nurture early childhood skills such as language, numeracy, social interaction, and creativity.
- Supervise children consistently within classroom settings and during playtime, ensuring safety and cleanliness of the learning space.
- Utilize positive behavioral management strategies to guide children effectively.
- Observe and document developmental progress of each child systematically.
- Maintain open communication channels with families to keep them informed and involved in their children's learning experience.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure cohesive teaching methods and exchange best practices.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training workshops, and school events as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Native proficiency in English.
- Proven skills in teaching and education, especially within early childhood or preschool contexts.
- Competency in lesson planning and conducting effective training aligned with age-specific learning objectives.
- Strong communication skills marked by clarity and empathy when engaging with children, parents, and team members.
- Preferably holds a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related discipline.
- Capacity to establish a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere while collaborating as part of a team.
- Patience, flexibility, and a passionate commitment to addressing young children's developmental requirements.
- Fundamental understanding of child health and safety protocols.
