About the Role
This position is for a proactive and commercially minded PR professional who will help shape and deliver communication plans that support business growth. The role is intended for someone who can bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of brand to the team, while helping expand the company’s visibility and influence.
The right candidate will have exposure to both agency and in-house settings and should be comfortable working across different viewpoints to turn ideas into effective communication programs. Candidates with solid experience in influencer relations are also encouraged, especially if they can introduce fresh ways to build advocacy and deepen brand affinity.
This role sits at the intersection of communication, business impact, and social purpose. It involves coordinating daily media and influencer activities across corporate, consumer, and sustainability initiatives, as well as community partnerships and cross-functional work, with an emphasis on timely delivery and strong outcomes aligned with the LifeWear philosophy.
Public Relations
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of PR campaigns that generate favorable media visibility and enhance the brand’s reputation.
- Prepare and send press communications such as media releases, Q&As, briefing notes, and toolkits.
- Keep media contact lists updated and manage outreach for pitches, interviews, and press events.
- Track daily media mentions, compile coverage summaries, and assess tone and sentiment.
- Help manage long-term relationships with influencers and advocates, including product seeding and event coordination.
- Be comfortable reviewing both qualitative insights and numerical results for reporting to management.
Community Engagement
- Collaborate with external partners on joint activations and campaign initiatives.
- Support the rollout of sustainability-related programs.
- Measure, monitor, and report the results of these efforts.
Stakeholder and Internal Communications
- Support employee engagement around company news and brand values.
- Work with global teams to keep communication approaches aligned.
- Build presentation decks and reporting materials for management updates.

What We’re Looking For
- A clear ability to link communication activity with measurable business results.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s media and influencer environment, ideally with an existing network of journalists, creators, and media contacts.
- Prior exposure to both agency and internal corporate communications work will be considered an advantage.
- The ability to stay ambitious, challenge convention, and pursue strong outcomes.
- A self-starter with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
- People-management experience, along with strong leadership and influencing skills in a fast-moving setting.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business or Communications is required.
- An MBA is considered beneficial.
