Job description
Overview
The National Land Agency's Surveys & Mapping Division invites applications for the position of Plan Examiner. This role entails ensuring compliance with the Land Surveyors Act and Regulations, as well as pertinent sections of the Land Titles Act, during the review and processing of land plans related to Certificates of Title. The selected candidate will report directly to the Assistant Chief Examiner.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor adherence to statutory requirements in land plan processing to uphold legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum completion of five CSEC subjects, specifically including English Language, Mathematics, and Geography.
- Possession of a Land Surveying Technician Certificate is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation
The position offers an annual salary range between $1,711,060 and $2,301,185.
