Key responsibilities

You will cover photography projects across multiple sports categories and product ranges, ensuring the imagery is accurate, visually strong, and aligned with brand standards. You will also help plan shoots, manage equipment, and support the wider content workflow from capture through final delivery.

Photography and content delivery

• Create high-quality imagery for products and lifestyle campaigns across sports including football, cricket, hockey, golf, gym equipment, apparel, and related items.
• Document brand partners, athletes, events, and training sessions with engaging photography that shows products in use.
• Keep lighting, framing, styling, and creative direction consistent with brand expectations.
• Work on studio-based shoots and location shoots, producing assets that can be used for both standard editing and AI-assisted content creation.
• Retouch and refine images using Adobe Creative Cloud tools so the final assets are ready for e-commerce, marketing, and social platforms.
• Use AI-based editing or image-generation tools where appropriate to improve workflow and support visual production.
• Coordinate lifestyle shoots with athletes, models, influencers, and brand partners, including locations, props, equipment, schedules, and logistics.
• Partner with in-house editors, Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure the final output matches campaign goals and brand standards.
• Contribute to wider visual content and post-production tasks when needed.

What you will bring

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial photography portfolio and practical experience shooting in both studio and location environments. You should be comfortable working independently, managing several projects at once, and adapting your style across different sports and product types.

Skills and capabilities

• Experience with DSLR and/or mirrorless camera systems.
• Strong product photography knowledge, including how to capture features, textures, and selling points clearly.
• Solid lighting knowledge for studio and environment-based shoots.
• Confident image editing and retouching using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Camera Raw, and similar software.
• Awareness of AI-powered image editing, compositing, or generation tools in a commercial setting is desirable.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple shoots and edits simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate creative ideas into finished imagery.
• A self-starting, adaptable approach with willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
• Ability to work both alone and as part of a fast-moving creative team.
• Flexibility to travel, drive company vehicles, and work some evenings or weekends when needed.
• Comfort working across a wide range of sports, apparel, equipment, and lifestyle briefs.
