About the Role

We are currently looking for a Photo Lab Specialist to provide expert photofinishing services and deliver exceptional customer assistance at the photofinishing counter in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle printing, processing, and sorting of films of various sizes and formats.
- Maintain the photofinishing equipment under the guidance of the Photo Lab Manager.
- Prepare chemical mixtures and ensure cleanliness and housekeeping of the workspace.
- Utilize PCs to scan films for digital image delivery.
- Engage with customers professionally in a fast-paced setting while maintaining service quality and courtesy.
- Opportunity to work across other technical areas such as Photo Electronics and mobile phone departments, where product knowledge is advantageous.
Required Qualities and Skills
- Experience in film processing, operation of photography equipment, proficiency in Photoshop, and familiarity with basic desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook or similar software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, professionalism, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Customer service and sales experience with the ability to manage diverse customer needs effectively.
Schedule and Work Conditions
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including any day from Monday to Sunday.
