Role overview
EPOS is seeking a commercially minded, data-led Performance Marketing Lead to take charge of customer acquisition through paid digital channels. The role focuses on planning, launching, and improving campaigns that generate qualified leads, bring in merchants, and contribute to revenue growth.
You will work closely with teams across Marketing, Merchant Acquisition, Product, and Business Development, using analytics, testing, and marketing technology to improve ROI and strengthen conversion performance.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and run EPOS’ paid performance marketing strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns that deliver strong lead quality and support merchant growth objectives.
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, including targeting, budget planning, creative experimentation, bidding approaches, and ongoing optimization.
- Review campaign and acquisition data to uncover improvement areas and increase return on investment.
- Work with creative and content specialists to produce effective landing pages, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with Merchant Acquisition and Sales to raise lead quality, improve conversion, and increase acquisition efficiency.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and attribution performance.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and customer journeys to improve campaign outcomes.
- Manage external agencies and digital marketing vendors when needed.
- Keep current with market trends, digital advertising best practices, AI marketing tools, and new acquisition channels.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in performance, digital, or growth marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing large-budget paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, retargeting, attribution, and conversion rate optimization.
- Practical experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical ability with the skill to turn data into practical business recommendations.
- Experience handling marketing budgets and improving both acquisition performance and campaign ROI.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a strong cross-functional working style.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, technology, payments, or e-commerce is preferred.
