What the role involves

The People Services Coordinator is a practical support role within a busy HR setting, centred on administration, HR systems and employee support. You will help ensure essential people processes are completed smoothly, accurately and on schedule, from onboarding and exits to employee updates, benefits administration and payroll preparation.

A major part of the job is making sure information moves correctly through each stage of the process. You will manage the People Services inbox, answer queries, keep HR systems up to date, and assist with reporting, data validation and deadline management. The role also includes coordinating maternity, paternity and shared parental cases, together with other routine people administration that supports the wider team.

By working closely with People colleagues, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to a service that is dependable, organised and straightforward to work with. You will also have the chance to support broader projects and continuous improvement initiatives that help build more efficient processes and a better employee experience across City Football Group.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring experience in HR administration from a busy HR environment or a medium to large organisation.
