About Dreamscape Learn and Role Overview
Dreamscape Learn is an innovator in immersive virtual reality educational design seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Partner Success Manager (PSM). This professional will own the complete partner journey—from onboarding through continuous adoption and expansion—delivering value and fostering long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of onboarding execution for assigned partners, managing kickoff activities and coordinating all onboarding efforts.
- Create and oversee onboarding plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless transitions to live operations.
- Follow onboarding protocols while tailoring approaches to partner-specific needs, including training faculty, administrators, and support staff on immersive learning methods.
- Update and refine onboarding resources such as guides, playbooks, and documentation, while assisting with internal training related to these processes.
- Detect onboarding risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to overcome challenges.
- Serve as the principal liaison for assigned partners, cultivating trusted relationships through regular check-ins, milestone tracking, and success assessments.
- Drive adoption and effective usage of Dreamscape Learn’s solutions by partners.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement of onboarding practices and partner engagement processes, providing actionable feedback and insights to senior leaders.
- Collaborate extensively with Product & Engineering teams, Support services, and Educator Experience groups to resolve issues and ensure partner needs are met promptly.
- Monitor partner workflows with attention to detail, guaranteeing deadlines, communications, and follow-up tasks are diligently completed.
- Support in organizing partner site visits, training sessions, and hosted experiences.
- Address routine partner concerns independently while escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams to preserve partner satisfaction and confidence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least two years of experience in customer success, account management, or program management roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills accompanied by strong project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple partner accounts and workflows efficiently.
- Detail-focused with reliable follow-through on commitments.
- Excellent communication and coordination prowess.
- Experience within education technology, SaaS, or environments involving multifaceted products is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success management platforms is advantageous.
