Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Service Crew member to assist with the daily food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, accurately taking orders, serving meals and drinks promptly, and ensuring a clean, inviting atmosphere for patrons.

Key Duties

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service
• Accurately take customer orders and handle basic inquiries
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas
• Support daily opening, closing, and operational tasks
• Assist with managing guest flow, reservations, and minor service issues
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and service procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, café, or restaurant settings is preferred
• Possession of valid food hygiene certification is advantageous
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled
