Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage litigation processes ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct research and prepare case materials alongside attorneys.
• Maintain litigation calendars and coordinate timely filings.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact to keep clients informed and supported.
• Facilitate smooth operations through adoption of modern legal technology tools.

Requirements

• Residence within California is mandatory.
• Ability to work remotely or in hybrid/in-person settings as arranged.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in litigation support preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary is fixed at $70,000. The position also includes access to a comprehensive benefits package within a technology-forward workplace environment.
