Overnight Store Associate

Role Overview

This overnight position plays a key role in maintaining the flow of products from receiving to the sales floor. You will be part of a team responsible for processing incoming merchandise and preparing the store for the next day in a safe, organized manner. Your work includes unloading trailers, moving pallets, labelling items, and placing products into the appropriate storage or sale locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Get the sales floor ready for store opening, including proper merchandising and signage.
• Unload various types of merchandise from delivery trailers during overnight shifts.
• Emphasize correct labelling and placement of items in backroom bins and on sales floor shelves.
• Transport pallets of goods to and from the sales floor for overnight stocking and processing.
• Assist with stocking products and providing customer service if needed during overnight hours.
• Conduct necessary labelling of merchandise on the sales floor in anticipation of opening.
• Follow company policies to help ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by completing safety sweeps and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this role starts at $17.75.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
