Overview

This role is offered on behalf of a partner company based in Germany that manages all application procedures. As an Organic Growth Analyst, you will contribute to data-driven SEO efforts and organic expansion for rapidly growing B2B software companies. Working in a remote-first environment, you will collaborate with seasoned strategists to perform research, analysis, reporting, and execution, directly influencing client growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing SEO and organic growth plans for B2B software clients.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, audit content, and study backlinks to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Analyze client performance data, extract actionable insights, and recommend improvements.
• Deliver high-quality project outputs aligned with measurable business objectives.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions, research initiatives, and projects to foster innovation.
• Work alongside strategy and content teams and support client communications and meetings.
• Continuously enhance skills and contribute to refining internal workflows and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• One to two years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or a strong ambition to build a career in organic growth.
• Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with a cooperative approach.
• Quick learner, receptive to feedback, and committed to ongoing professional development.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, high-output setting.
