Role Overview
The Order Processor handles the preparation of quotations and processes orders for spare parts, coordinating closely with freight companies, managing stock control and asset registration, and liaising with the headquarters and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing spare parts enquiries by sending requests to suppliers or headquarters, preparing customer offers, and creating purchase orders within SAP Business One ERP.
- Handling service-related spare parts and engine components orders.
- Preparing sales quotations adhering to Everllence compliance guidelines for workshops, onboard services, and spare parts.
- Coordinating with logistics and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and engine components.
- Collaborating with Everllence ES Product Headquarters to facilitate quotation and parts delivery.
- Working closely with sales teams and customers to fulfill order requirements.
- Generating delivery records and invoices in the system, submitting invoices to customers through portals.
- Analyzing sales activities and customer enquiries, producing regular reports on enquiry-to-offer and offer-to-order conversions.
- Visiting customers within the sales region as needed.
- Ensuring quotations are prepared accurately and promptly.
- Following up with freight companies to track shipments.
- Managing delivery schedules in sales orders by liaising with Everllence ES Product Headquarters.
- Maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Addressing miscellaneous customer queries efficiently.
- Following up on customer payments, outstanding invoices, and dunning procedures to maintain strong cash flow.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering.
- Saudi nationality is required.
- Strong knowledge of engines, commercial insight, and experience in spare parts sales.
- Proficient with ERP systems, especially SAP Business One and PrimeShop.
- Good command of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
