Order Processing and Supply Chain Coordinator (Specialist)

Position Overview

Join the Indian subsidiary of LUTZ BLADES, a leading global producer of precision industrial blades, as an Order Processing and Supply Chain Coordinator Specialist in Pune. This role supports the sales, technical, and logistics functions for industrial cutting tools throughout India and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders starting from entry, ensuring smooth progression through delivery and billing stages.
• Take leadership on warehouse and supply chain matters including inventory control, dispatch operations, order fulfillment, transport documentation, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with the accounting partner regarding invoicing and related order documentation.
• Proactively update internal teams about order modifications and efficiently resolve order-related challenges to maintain customer satisfaction and seamless workflows.
• Assist sales teams by providing updates on order status, product availability, customer communications, and organizing shipments with freight handlers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics departments to guarantee timely deliveries and accurate inventory management.
• Monitor and analyze operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compile reports, and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in B.B.A. / B.M.S. specializing in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management or a B.Com degree in any specialization.
