Job Overview

As a Vision Associate at Walmart Supercenter #1024 in Swainsboro, GA, you will play a key role in assisting customers within the eye care center. Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $29 to $37, ensuring at least the minimum legal wage for the location. Additional compensation is available in the form of performance-based bonuses paid annually or quarterly. Furthermore, premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded depending on scheduling, location, seasonal factors, or specific tasks, with the possibility of multiple premiums combining if criteria are met.

Work Schedule

Employment is offered both full-time and part-time with available shifts including mid-shift and closing hours.
