Job Overview

As a Vision Associate at our Eastman, GA Walmart Supercenter location, your primary role is to support customers within the eye care center. You will assist in confirming prescription details, guide customers in selecting suitable eyewear, and process lens and glasses orders. The scope of responsibilities may vary according to state regulations and licensing requirements.

Compensation and Work Schedule

The hourly pay ranges from $29 to $37, not falling below the mandated minimum wage for this area. Additional compensation may include standard annual or quarterly performance incentives. In certain conditions, premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour are awarded, based on factors such as work schedule, location, season, or specific job tasks. Multiple premiums can be combined if applicable. Available shifts include opening and morning hours.
