About the Role

We are urgently seeking an Optical Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role requires meeting monthly business targets and ensuring excellent customer service in dispensing optical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets consistently.
• Dispense appropriate optical products to customers and guarantee timely delivery of orders.
• Manage and safeguard company assets and stock at the sales counter, taking responsibility for any damage or loss.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and hospital management.
• Handle customer concerns effectively and keep the reporting manager informed about significant issues.
• Comply strictly with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the sales counter's presentation and decor are well maintained at all times.
• Strive to meet goals set by the reporting manager.
