About the Role
This position is classified as Grade 5 and involves a variety of operational support functions including Air Network Support, Dispatch, Admin & Support, Customer Service, Service Assurance, Manifesting, Dangerous Goods handling, Cross-Border Road Linehaul, Domestic Air Linehaul, Road Network operations, Operational Administration & Support, Sort Support & Trace Management, Reporting, and Location-based Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
The main duty is to complete designated processes and procedures within set deadlines, maintaining high standards of accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The role includes identifying discrepancies as they arise and resolving them using established rules and procedures. Complex issues should be escalated to senior team members as needed.
