Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

Udrive is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily activities between drivers and the Operations team, ensuring efficient vehicle movements, timely task completion, and seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily assignments between drivers and Operations staff.
• Delegate and monitor driver tasks including vehicle delivery, pickup, and transfer operations.
• Track task progress, timeline adherence, and provide real-time updates.
• Serve as the primary contact point for drivers regarding operational instructions and support.
• Promptly escalate any delays, mechanical issues, or operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, tracking sheets, and movement reports.
• Ensure all drivers comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in driver coordination, fleet management, logistics, or related operations.
• Excellent communication abilities and strong follow-up skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of fleet or logistics operational frameworks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational tracking software.
• Possession of a UAE driving license is advantageous.
