Mall Operations Associate

Role Overview

The Mall Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth mall operations by maintaining tenant satisfaction, monitoring compliance with company policies and safety standards, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners, and supporting the mall's daily functions effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, ensuring they comply with Cenomi Centers’ operating standards.
• Track and address tenant requests and concerns promptly to guarantee their resolution.
• Provide support to tenants throughout the shop fitting, handover, and evacuation procedures.
• Liaise effectively with leasing teams, contractors, suppliers, and various mall departments to streamline operations.
• Oversee the maintenance of common areas and conduct health and safety inspections regularly.
• Monitor daily operations within the mall and undertake additional tasks as assigned to ensure optimal performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication abilities coupled with adeptness in managing relationships.
• A strong customer-oriented mindset paired with effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the English language is essential.
