Operations Associate

Overview

Gopuff is recruiting full-time Operations Associates to be an integral part of our operations team in London. Reporting to a Site Leader, this role demands motivation, persistence, positivity, and enthusiasm to meet daily challenges. The Operations Associate will perform varied warehouse duties such as picking, packing, receiving inventory, and coordinating with delivery riders.

Our customers depend on Gopuff for essential products anytime, day or night, regardless of weather. We are growing a team of innovative, ambitious individuals eager to revolutionize retail at an unprecedented pace—plus, a fondness for snacks is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for delivery
• Receive incoming stock from suppliers, verify physical counts against purchase orders or invoices, and address any inconsistencies
• Manage inventory including re-shelving cancelled orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment
• Adhere strictly to FIFO (First In, First Out) to control waste and spoilage
• Communicate with customers regarding any substitutions or out-of-stock products

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Preferably have experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse setting, though not mandatory
• Flexible availability, particularly during peak hours from 5pm to 2am
• Familiarity with basic web-based tools such as Google G-Suite
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20 pounds repeatedly
