- Manage impactful projects involving quantitative data analysis, industry research, and strategic planning alongside global cross-functional teams.
- Convert data insights into actionable plans, formulate recommendations, and influence key strategic decisions.
- Serve as the user advocate by representing market needs and partnering with international teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A strategic mindset suitable for navigating complex and rapidly changing environments.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities capable of translating insights into effective actions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams for at least two years.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for developing outstanding user experiences and achieving substantive results.
- Preferably holds a BA or BS degree.
Additional Information
This is a permanent full-time position based onsite in Dublin. Applicants must hold valid and adequate work authorization for Ireland with sufficient duration to continuously perform the role. If the current work permission is expiring soon, proof of an application for renewal may be required before receiving an offer.
