Role Overview

We are recruiting a skilled On Site Representative (OSR) to operate full-time at our Belmont location. This multifaceted role blends operational coordination, customer service, warehouse assistance, and driver management. Stationed at a customer site, the OSR serves as the pivotal intermediary among the customer, delivery agents, and TGE, ensuring freight is managed safely, efficiently, and punctually.

The successful candidate will comfortably navigate both office environments and warehouse floors, confidently leading daily transportation operations. Standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily allocation of freight to transport vehicles
• Organize, prepare, and stage freight for dispatch while inspecting for damage
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and delivery partners
• Handle backup vehicle coordination and day-to-day operational needs
• Supervise driver attendance, compliance, and overall performance
• Conduct toolbox talks and assist with driver training initiatives
• Ensure delivery operations meet agreed service standards
• Address customer inquiries and resolve operational challenges
• Oversee scanning compliances, proof of delivery collection, and operational reporting
• Support warehouse functions including stock management and processing freight returns
• Uphold safety procedures, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) policies, and customer guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operation environments
• Proven leadership or coordination experience managing drivers and transport activities
• Mandatory Forklift License
• Exemplary customer service and relationship-building capabilities
• Strong prioritization skills with an ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Competency with computers and operational reporting tools
• Valid Driver's License
• Hands-on work ethic with adaptability to operational and warehouse contexts
